After Ste heard a secret conversation between John Paul and James when it was caught on CCTV, he's convinced that something happened between the two ex-lovers. He confronts James but is not satisfied with his answer, so resorts to asking John Paul himself.
Later, James surprises Ste with flowers, but Donna-Marie makes him wonder whether James is feeling guilty about something, so he confronts him once again.
Furious Ste searches for John Paul and finds him violently drunk, so when he questions him about the betrayal, John Paul punches Ste.
