Hollyoaks spoilers follow.
Hollyoaks' McQueen family have been experiencing an incredibly terrifying run-up to Halloween as they try to work out who is blackmailing them via the medium of an extremely creepy doll, which appears to know all their darkest secrets and is taunting them about their 'Seven Deadly Sins'.
Several members of the McQueen clan – Mercedes (Jennifer Metcalfe), Sylver (David Tag), Goldie (Chelsee Healey), Theresa (Jorgie Porter), John Paul (James Sutton), Nana (Diane Langton) and Cher Winters (Bethannie Hare) – have been targeted in a big 25th anniversary storyline for the soap.
The family have been spending a lot of time in The Dog pub, with the doll propped on the bar, trying to unravel the mysteries. But fans have noticed that the McQueens have made a bit of an error in the most recent stage of the storyline.

In the soap's most recent first-look episode Sylver's recently-discovered daughter Cher confessed to her dad that she'd killed her younger sister Liza when she was a child, having pushed her into a pool due to her jealousy of Liza which resulted in the girl drowning.
Cher wisely spoke about this upstairs, away from the doll, but the other characters continued to talk about their own secrets directly in front of it.
