Hollyoaks will air an hour-long special later this month, as the show's ongoing County Lines drug dealing storyline gathers pace.
New TV schedules show that Hollyoaks has an hour-long slot on Channel 4 on Tuesday, April 14, airing at the earlier time of 6pm.
The special episode will also have a first look screening on E4 as usual, scheduled in for Monday, April 13 at 7pm.
Full details of the extended edition will be revealed next week, but Digital Spy can confirm that it focuses on the teens' drugs storyline.

The show is exploring County Lines drug dealing – the term used when gangs from big cities exploit children and vulnerable adults in order to expand their operations into smaller towns and villages.
Digital Spy has previously revealed how episodes airing this month will delve into the hierarchy of the group. Viewers have so far been kept in the dark over the people who Jordan is working for.

The hour-long special will be a treat for fans as Hollyoaks is currently airing fewer new episodes per week, due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
The show is filling the gap with Hollyoaks Favourites, a series of classic episodes on E4.
Hollyoaks currently airs new episodes on Mondays and Tuesdays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first look screenings at 7pm on E4. Hollyoaks Favourites airs on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 7pm on E4.
