Everyone rushes to unconscious Breda's aid. Charlie and Ella are still underground with rubble falling in on them as the floor above continues to crack, but they can't remember which way they came in.
Walter calls on Tom and Darren to help him move Breda's car. Luke has taken a bottle of wine from Price Slice. When he overhears Woody saying that it's too dangerous to move the crane, drunk Luke jumps on board, determined to build his restaurant himself if no-one else will.
Tom, Darren and Walter have moved Breda's car into the back road. Nancy calls for Darren's help with Luke. Everyone is alarmed as Luke turns the crane on, but he's not in control and shouts for Woody's help.
Luke struggles to cope as the crane arm, loaded with steel girders, begins to swing over the village. He jumps from the cabin and Woody warns Cindy that the crane is sinking into the tunnels. Overhearing this, Walter tells Darren and Nancy that he saw Charlie and Ella heading underground. A steel girder falls into the village below, forcing Mandy to the ground.
Meanwhile, at home, Cleo tells Mitchell that she's scared because she feels like she's losing him. Later, Mitchell and Anita sneak into the Florist, unaware of the impending danger. After hearing the commotion and seeing the emergency services, they try to get out, but the door is jammed. Will they escape in time?
