Hollyoaks will delve into Breda McQueen's dark backstory in this year's Christmas episode.
Fans were shocked recently when Breda (Moya Brady) was exposed as a secret serial killer who's already claimed the lives of Carl Costello, Glenn Donovan and Russ Owen during her short time in the village.
With intrigue growing over the dangerous new character, Hollyoaks will give fans some new insight into her history in 2018's hour-long festive special.
The special scenes will take viewers back to 1986, when Breda's murderous ways first began.

The flashbacks will feature alongside all of the usual chaos of Christmas for the McQueens in the present day.

Hollyoaks airs the hour-long Christmas episode on Thursday, December 20 at 7pm on E4 and Friday, December 21 at 6.30pm on Channel 4.
