Hollyoaks: 23 of Celine McQueen's most memorable moments as Sarah George makes a shock exit

Celine became concerned for Jason Roscoe when she realised that he had body image issues. As well as encouraging him to open up, she gave Jason's twin brother Robbie some advice on how to handle the situation, as seen in the picture above.

Celine was one of the five main suspects in the Gloved Hand Killer mystery at Dee Valley Hospital. Every time she harped on about people's auras and bad energy, the Hollyoaks fans suspected her a little bit more.

Celine was also on hand to support Tom and Peri when they were expecting a baby together. Aw, how could we ever have suspected her of being the evil Gloved Hand?

Celine insisted on giving Cameron a sponge bath when he ended up in the hospital. Look where that kindness got her, eh?

Cameron and Celine became a couple after their early chemistry. Fooled into thinking that Cameron had changed his ways, we even shipped them at one point!

When her family were in desperate need of some cash, Celine showed she had a ruthless side by deciding to break into Mariam's house and steal her antiques collection. So she did have McQueen genes after all!

Our hearts broke for Celine when she struggled to handle being taunted by 20-something schoolboy Kyle while carrying out a first aid demonstration at the school.

Celine was part of the McQueens' child sex abuse storyline, focusing on their evil stepdad Pete. He constantly tried to knock Celine's confidence by making sly remarks about her appearance.

Celine confided in Cameron about how she'd been taking appetite suppressants after Pete's remarks took their toll.

With evil Pete causing problems, Celine's relationship with Cameron proved to be the perfect tonic. For a while, at least...

At one point, Cameron even dressed up as Willy Wonka and gave Celine golden tickets leading her to a Christmas surprise. Shame his "Christmas surprise" the following year saw her ruthlessly killed - sob!

After splitting from Cameron, Celine set her sights on newcomer Liam Donovan but faced competition from Tegan - again! And what was it with Celine and men in states of undress?

With her family in need of cash yet again, Celine found herself roped into marrying her aunty Myra's boyfriend Diego so that he'd get his inheritance. It was all going swimmingly... until Myra changed her mind and stopped the wedding.

Celine had to create a distraction at the pub to help her sister, after cheekily sending an email to Nathan which revealed Cleo's feelings for him!

Celine's own love life took an interesting turn when she fell for Jesse Donovan. We really think he could have been The One!

Celine couldn't believe her eyes when she watched damning footage which showed Cameron starting the Halloween Spooktacular fire.

Rather than go to the police, Celine put herself in the firing line by showing Cameron the footage. D'oh!

Celine was made to feel worthless by Cameron when he threatened her into keeping quiet. Well, at least for a couple of weeks.
