Emmerdale fans aren't the only ones excited Mandy Dingle is returning – Lisa Riley is pretty pleased too.
The Loose Women panellist is heading back to the ITV soap 17 years after she originally left.
Dominic Brunt, who plays Mandy's ex-husband Paddy Kirk, shared a snap of the sun rising on the Emmerdale set on Twitter writing: "Frosty morning but the village looks beautiful at this time of year. Working with @Reallisariley and @markcharnock today. @emmerdale x"
And Lisa was quick to respond with how happy she is to be returning to the ITV soap.
"Absolute joy working with my (what feels like) life brothers… @dominic brunt and @markcharnock," she added.
Lisa, 42, recently discussed her comeback to the soap, saying: "I couldn't be happier to be returning in the New Year to Emmerdale.

"It's something I never thought would happen after 17 years and I am so interested to see what trouble Mandy is capable of causing. But mostly being back with all my old friends, it's like I've never been away."
Mandy will be back as part of a "self-contained storyline" and her shock return looks set to cause trouble as the rest of the Dingle family are living fairly harmoniously.
Producer Kate Brooks said: "Iconic Mandy Dingle returns to the village carrying a secret that turns lives upside-down.
"She's a character bursting with fun who certainly ruffles a few feathers during her short stint back in the village, and she clearly hasn't lost any of the joie de vivre that made Mandy so popular and enjoyable to watch."
