Having enjoyed their time away, John and Aaron return to the village to have lunch with Chas, but she's gutted to hear her son is definitely moving away.

However, Aaron is starting to have concerns over John's weird behaviour and Chas picks up on his reservations.

When John hears that Charity is considering calling the police over Mack's disappearance, he makes his excuses to rush off, leaving Aaron perturbed.

Robert's suspicions are piqued when Vic shares Charity's worries about Mack. But he's even more disturbed when he hears that Aaron and John are moving away for good to live in John's childhood home.

He interrupts Aaron packing up his things and tries again to convince him he's making a mistake. When Robert moves in closer, Aaron's tempted when his ex reminds him that their connection is still alive.

As the chemistry builds between them, Robert kisses him, leaving Aaron confused by his feelings…

Sensing a change in his husband, jealous John concocts a dark plan to drug Aaron and make him dependent on him, by any means necessary.

He convinces Aaron to drink from the spiked whisky and is delighted when Aaron is already affected by a single glass.

When John disappears to collect firewood, Aaron makes a dangerous decision to unknowingly drink another glass of laced whisky…

Unwilling to let Dylan take on another risky job, April decides to do the drug drop herself.

When she arrives in the car park, a hooded man demands she hands over the bag and then pulls out a knife. Reluctantly, April is forced to hand over the goods.

Dylan tries to console April after the ordeal and reassure her that Ray will understand. When they meet up with him, how will he react?

Paddy's disappointed Dylan never turned up at the hostel he paid for, and decides to invite him back to stay at his.

Chas is horrified by Paddy's decision to have such a volatile house guest and pressurises Liam to evict Paddy and Mandy.

When Liam clocks Tracy's low spirits, he suggests they arrange more counselling for her as she's suffering with bouts of depression and worries about being a single parent.

On the topic of Nate, Liam's sceptical that a man of Owen's size could've overpowered the farmer. Hearing this, Tracy gives into her suspicions.

Tracy and Charity have an emotional chat, as both of them struggle without their partners.

As Charity wonders how she'll break the news of Mack's departure to Moses, Tracy can't help but be suspicious that she was dumped by voice note, mirroring the weird way that Nate disappeared. Will they be able to work together and join the dots?

After her husband's strange disappearance, Charity is distraught when she receives a voicemail from Mack.

Having already received a text message from him, ending their marriage, this voicemail pushes her over the edge. Chas does her best to comfort her cousin, but is this the biggest clue yet that Mackenzie is still alive?

As the walls close in on evil John Sugden, could Paddy be the key to the murderer's downfall?

Viewers know Paddy has been volunteering for a crisis charity and consoling several vulnerable people online. However, he doesn't realise that one of his main clients is in fact John.

As Paddy makes a discovery, could this be the moment when he puts two and two together and discovers his dark and dangerous neighbour?
