Emmerdale's Aaron issues ultimatum over Chas affair

Aaron has issued a shock ultimatum over Chas's affair in Emmerdale.

Chas had the incredible bad luck of being caught out by another member of her family in Thursday's (October 6) double bill, after previously being warned to end her affair by Belle Dingle.

There was cringing all around as Kerry popped the question with an awkward rap, and feeling under the spotlight, Al reluctantly agreed to marry her.

Chas was horrified by all of this, eventually escaping outside to catch her breath. Al slipped out as well to promise that he wasn't serious about wanting to marry Kerry.

When Al promised Chas that he's still 100% committed to starting a new life with her, the two were sloppy and shared a kiss in a very public setting.

Their mistake had immediate consequences because they were seen by Chas's son Aaron, who is only just back in the village and has had no clue that his mum is unhappy with Paddy.

An irate Aaron gave Chas an ultimatum – either cut off Al for good or she'll lose him! Will Chas walk away from Al to prevent her family from imploding?

Danny Miller previously told Digital Spy that much of Aaron's anger comes from his loyalty to stepfather Paddy.

"He came out to Paddy and Paddy helped him deal with his sexuality and all the self harm stuff. I think it would be worse than the other way round in Aaron's eyes, if Paddy was cheating, he would be more angry at Chas cheating than Paddy cheating," he explained.
