Emmerdale spoilers (August 22 to 26)

In next week's Emmerdale episodes, Chas and Al's affair is finally discovered by Belle.

Elsewhere, Faith's condition gets worse and she collapses at her party, and Amelia's pregnancy secret is revealed.

Here are the 13 big moments to watch out for.

1. Belle catches Chas and Al kissing

After another secret trip to a hotel, Chas and Al share a tender moment and it's clear there are stronger emotional ties here than either want to admit.

When they leave, they kiss passionately, unaware that Belle has seen everything.

2. Chas tries to convince Belle to stay quiet

ITV

The next day, Belle confronts Chas and Al, telling them she knows they've been having an affair.

Chas is horrified at the thought of her telling Paddy, but will she be able to persuade Belle to keep her secret?

3. Faith plans a party

ITV

Faith is given food for thought when her palliative care nurse says she should focus on dying with no regrets and she shares an emotional moment with Eric about her final wishes.

Out on a country walk with Chas, Faith struggles. It upsets Chas to see her deterioration, but later she is surprised when Faith says she wants to have one final big party.

Chas is given a lot to think about when Faith begs her not to make the same mistakes she has in life.

4. Faith collapses

Cain is reluctant to go to Faith's party, worried at showing his upset, but Moira convinces him to put Faith's needs first.

At the pub, there's a tinge of awkwardness as Faith gives a speech but as soon as the karaoke is up and running, everyone relaxes.

The party livens up, but soon panic sets in when Faith collapses at the bar.

5. Chas is distressed

At the hospital, Chas takes out her frustration on Paddy, but soon they both have bigger things to worry about when the nurse arrives to take them to Faith.

Faith is confused and panicked, telling them she can't see properly. The family become distressed as it's obvious Faith's condition is rapidly deteriorating.

6. Amelia and Noah attend her baby scan

Noah asks to attend Amelia's scan, much to her delight. At the hospital, the pair look like a happy couple.

After the scan, they're drawn closer and Harriet is shocked to spot them kissing, later admitting the truth to a horrified Dan.

7. The baby news is out in the open

Tensions run high and from the graveyard, Sam and Lydia hear shouting in the distance.

As more people gather to hear the commotion, everyone is shocked when Amelia's pregnancy is revealed to the village.

Assuming Noah is the father, Dan launches at him but has to be restrained by Bob. Will the real father be found out?

8. Sandra meddles in Liv's marriage

Sandra has another spiteful plan in mind when she sees Vinny and Gabby having a laugh and a joke.

Later, Sandra makes Liv feel insecure by bringing up her asexuality and how it might cause problems in her marriage, calling into question the effect of Gabby and Vinny's budding friendship.

Sandra's pleased when it seems she has planted seeds of doubt in Liv's mind.

9. Liv is left uneasy by Sandra's comments

Gabby's thrown when Sandra mentions Liv and Vinny are having marital problems and she obliviously plays right into Sandra's hands when she offers to speak to Vinny.

When Gabby arrives at Mill Cottage to talk to Vinny, Liv is surprised. Later, Sandra feeds Liv's doubts by questioning Gabby's true intentions. Liv is left uneasy but Sandra is thrilled her plan is working.

10. Zak struggles with memories

The thought of losing Faith is bringing back too many raw memories of Lisa's death for poor Zak and he decides not to attend Faith's party.

Zak chooses to be alone with his memories of Lisa instead, but Faith is determined to change his mind.

11. Mack and Charity reflect

After their recent tragedy, Charity and Mack are struggling to cope with their loss and what it means for the future of their relationship.

The pair share a heartfelt moment of reflection. Will they be able to get through this difficult time?

12. Naomi plots

Naomi has been at the centre of tension since her arrival but it looks like she has softened when it comes to her brother, Ethan.

Wanting to make amends, Naomi puts together a plan to make Ethan happier and get him back with Marcus.

13. Dan has a crush

ITV

Dan and Harriet have grown closer since he and Amelia were evicted and Harriet offered them a place to stay at Woodbine Cottage, but it looks like Dan wants to be more than friends.

He's gutted when he asks Harriet out for a drink and she's completely clueless about his true intentions. Will Dan's feelings stay unreciprocated?
