Emmerdale spoilers follow.
Emmerdale's Cathy Hope will make a big confession next week, as she finally admits that she's the person responsible for April Windsor's bullying ordeal.
April (Amelia Flanagan) has been dealing with online trolls for months now and the increasingly nasty messages she has been receiving on her phone have left her terrified, with her recent attempt to stand up to the bullies backfiring.
It was revealed to viewers earlier this month that it is in fact April's neighbour Cathy (Gabrielle Dowling) who's responsible for sending April cruel messages, although April is still in the dark about her tormentor's identity – but it looks like Cathy is about to start crumbling under the weight of what she's done.

Next week, April's worries intensify as her phone pings with multiple messages. When April realises that her phone number has been posted online, she tells Cathy that this must mean that she knows her bully personally, which leaves Cathy looking increasingly worried.

Later on, overwhelmed by the bullying and feeling nauseous with fear, April returns home from school early. Her dad Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) does his best to find out what's bothering her, but the pair are interrupted when Cathy turns up.

Marlon leaves the girls alone together and it becomes clear to Cathy that April is suffering badly as a result of the trolling. As the messages April is receiving become increasingly threatening, she breaks down in tears.
Guilt-ridden Cathy is horrified to see first-hand the level of emotional damage that she's responsible for as a result of starting the online trolling.
With her guilt mounting, Cathy goes to the café and finds her twin brother Heath (Sebastian Dowling) there. Unable to keep her secret any longer, she admits to Heath that she is the person responsible for April's ongoing ordeal.

How will Heath react to his sister's confession, and will he share the discovery with April?
Actor Mark, who plays Marlon, told Digital Spy and other media that this storyline "is going to run and run because these things don't go away overnight" and that the soap wants to portray the issue of online bullying in a "very truthful" way.
"It's important shows like Emmerdale do these stories, to keep flagging it up because we talk a good game as a society about how this is awful and we've got to stop it, but it doesn't stop," he said. "I think it's an important story."
Emmerdale airs these scenes on Monday, September 6 and Tuesday, September 7 at 7pm on ITV.
