Emmerdale has hinted that Charity Dingle could spoil Paddy Kirk's secret wedding plans this Christmas.
Paddy (Dominic Brunt) will be taking centre stage in one of the ITV soap's big festive storylines, as he plans to surprise his partner Chas (Lucy Pargeter) with a secret wedding.
As Christmas week begins, Paddy tries to put all of the preparations in place with help from his best friend Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock).
There are plenty of mishaps in the build-up, including Paddy's realisation that he has forgotten to send out any invitations.

Sadly, storm clouds could still be gathering ahead of the big day. Still on a downward spiral after her recent split from Vanessa Woodfield, Charity (Emma Atkins) gets annoyed when Chas accuses her of neglecting her son Noah.
Charity feels even worse when she overhears the wedding talk at the church, with the team of planners commenting on how glad they are that she hasn't been invited.

With Chas still supposed to be in the dark over the wedding, Charity knows that she could spoil the surprise – but will she?
The final straw for Charity comes when she discovers that her son Ryan Stocks (James Moore) has been invited to the ceremony, while she has been snubbed. Charity dresses up in funeral attire, but what does she have planned?
Emmerdale airs an hour-long special on Christmas Day at 6pm on ITV.
