Emmerdale spoilers follow.
Emmerdale's Luke Posner gets more than he bargained for tonight (October 8) as he pays another angry visit to Home Farm.
Luke (Max Parker) and his mum Wendy (Susan Cookson) have just received the bad news that they're being evicted from their home, as Jamie Tate wants to move in his estranged wife Andrea and their daughter Millie.
In Thursday's episode, Luke and Wendy wait anxiously as Nicola King (Nicola Wheeler) kindly looks through their tenancy agreement for any loopholes.

Nicola is a reliable source of support as she has experience as a local councillor, and also used to deal with the tenancy agreements when she worked at Home Farm.

Sadly, Nicola is soon forced to report that the contract isn't in the Posners' favour and it's only a matter of time before they'll be kicked out by Jamie.
Luke decides not to take this lying down, so he returns to Home Farm to give Jamie a piece of his mind – again.
After knocking on the door and not getting an answer, Luke makes his way inside and is shocked to find Jamie unconscious with a head injury following his drunken fall.

Luke seems perfectly placed to help Jamie out, but will this make any difference when it comes to their housing problem?
Meanwhile, over at the cafe, Andrea (Anna Nightingale) pays a visit and crosses paths with Wendy.
As Nicola gossips about the trouble Jamie has caused, Andrea is mortified to hear that the Posners are being evicted because of her. But is there anything that can be done to help Luke and Wendy?
Emmerdale airs tonight at 7pm on ITV. Only one episode will be screened this evening, due to England vs Wales football coverage.
