Emmerdale's Ryan Stocks leaves Dawn Taylor devastated tonight (February 18) as he tries to pay her for sex.
Ryan (James Moore) messes up badly when he misinterprets Dawn's intentions, despite the strong feelings that they've developed for each other in recent weeks.
Tonight's episode sees Dawn (Olivia Bromley) given food for thought when Harriet Finch encourages her to ask Ryan out on a date.
Dawn is still adamant that starting a relationship while in recovery from drugs isn't a good idea, but Harriet reckons that she's simply making excuses.
Just as Dawn prepares to throw caution to the wind and make a go of things with Ryan, she's left shaken to see dodgy drayman Leon (Rob Norbury) at The Woolpack.
Leon is a former client of Dawn's and when he starts hassling her at the pub, Ryan gets jealous and confronts him.
