Meanwhile, Phil is shocked to learn that Sharon plans to sell her half of the Boxing Den, but Max sees an opportunity and hopes to buy it. Zoe tries to apologise to Sharon and Zack for her lies earlier in the year, but Sharon isn't ready to forgive her.
