Horrified, Gina goes to reveal all to George, but she changes her mind. Instead, Anna lies that she left the cash on the side whilst cashing up the night before and says someone must have taken it.
2. Anna makes a big decision
Once alone with her sister, Gina gives Anna an ultimatum that it's her or her mum.
Anna struggles over what to do, but after a heart-to-heart with Bobby and Freddie, she decides to go through with her decision to look for her mum.
3. Gina makes a mistake with Jay
Jay attempts to enjoy a quiet drink in The Albert but is later joined by Gina, who's struggling with Anna's recent revelation.
Gina rapidly drinks and implores Jay to look after Lexi in the wake of Lola's death, echoing her own experience growing up without a mum.
As the drinks continue to flow, Jay gets the wrong end of the stick when Gina places her hand on his leg, then makes a hasty exit.
Gina then heads to buy drugs from the dealer she met in Peggy's a few weeks back.
4. Freddie is inspired by Alfie
Freddie helps Alfie arrange a surprise pirate-themed birthday party for Bert and Ernie after his original plans are scuppered when Kat reveals that Phil plans to take the twins away.
The party is a huge success — and, inspired by Alfie's amazing fatherly bond with his children, Freddie decides he wants to find his dad.
5. Stacey tries to trap her stalker
Stacey and Eve hatch a plan to lure her stalker to No.31 after she receives lingerie from him at the bap van. However, their plan is interrupted when Martin finds Stacey hiding outside the house.
After her conversation with Martin turns sour, Stacey bumps into Theo. He covers by explaining that he's arrived to talk to Stacey about Lily's tutoring.
Stacey invites Theo in for a cup of tea, unaware of the potential danger she may be in.
6. Freddie demands answers
Freddie demands the truth from Kat about his dad's identity, but she dismisses him.
Undeterred, Freddie continues to search for answers and asks Alfie and Billy to share what they know.
Kat intercepts the conversation and agrees to tell Freddie the truth later that evening. When it comes to it, Kat realises she can't betray Little Mo's trust, so she lies.
7. Stacey walks into more danger
Stacey is on high alert around the men of Walford as she searches for the identity of her stalker. She takes the afternoon off to watch the Women's World Cup in The Albert.
As Stacey starts to enjoy herself, an awkward Martin and Zack arrive and deflate Stacey's mood.
Stacey later finds herself in an uncomfortable situation when a drunk reveller propositions her, but Theo steps in to save the day.
Theo walks Stacey home after taking her for chips, and she's grateful for his help.
8. Anna gets big news
The tension rises between Anna and Gina as Anna secretly meets with a private investigator to share information about their mum's disappearance.
Sensing the friction between his daughters, George traps Anna in her lie about the stolen money, forcing her to reveal the true reason behind the missing money.
George implores Anna to call off the search, fearing she will get hurt, before heading to the Boxing Den to find Gina letting off steam on the punching bag.
A guilty Anna later decides to call off the search for her mum... until the private detective calls and reveals he's had a positive lead in his search.
9. Freddie prepares to meet Graham
Tommy overhears a conversation between Kat, Jean and Harvey and heads to Freddie to share his dad's real name.
Freddie is delighted when he discovers 'Graham Foster' on a car dealership website with a contact number, unaware of the truth relating to his conception.
Bobby helps Freddie set up a clandestine meeting with Graham and he pretends to test-drive one of his cars.
Overwhelmed at being face to face with his dad, Freddie reveals his true identity as Kat, Alfie and Billy frantically try to track him down.
EastEnders has confirmed that Alex McSweeney is reprising his role as Graham for the story.
10. Sonia struggles with her situation
Sonia is upset when she's forced to spend her day off at the hospice with Reiss' wife Debbie after he's called into a client crisis.
Whitney encourages Sonia to tell Reiss the truth about her feelings towards Debbie.
11. Gina and Jay bond
Elaine hatches a plan to get Gina and Anna to step up for their dad and help to steal customers from The Albert for the Women's World Cup.
While dropping off leaflets at the car lot, Gina and Jay have a heart-to-heart. Gina gives Lexi parenting advice, sharing her own experience growing up without a mum. Through their conversation, the pair put their awkward encounter from the night before behind them.
12. Bobby reveals his darkest secret
Bobby decides to tell Anna the truth about Lucy's death, but she explains that she's already aware of his involvement.
Anna then accosts Gina and agrees to stop her search into their mum — on the condition that she gives up the drugs for good.
13. Sonia thinks she might be pregnant
Sonia is late on her period and tells Whitney that she might be pregnant.
Reiss tries setting up a lunch date to apologise for his previous insensitivity to Sonia's feelings towards Debbie.
However, he puts his foot in it when he drunkenly shares his negative views towards the prospect of children, unaware of Sonia's situation.
