EastEnders spoilers follow.
Next week on EastEnders, it's crunch time for Phil after he finds himself in a life or death situation, and Mitch's brother Avery arrives in Walford.

1. Meet Avery!
There's trouble brewing as Mitch's brother Avery (played by Omar Lye-Fook) arrives in Albert Square in his flash car and immediately causes a stir with the market traders.
Realising he's got off on the wrong foot with everyone, Avery plans a gathering in The Vic.
Unaware that his sibling is in town, Mitch is dragged along to the pub by Karen, in order to celebrate his birthday. However, the pair get more than they bargained for when they arrive to find Avery there as well.

2. Phil makes a dangerous enemy
When Phil makes an enemy of prisoner Craig, he turns to a fellow inmate Ravi to get a burner phone.
Phil later calls Kat but the phone line goes dead as they are talking. He then finds himself in a huge fight with Craig at the prison, forcing the guards to step in.
Afterwards, Phil meets with Keeble, who warns him he won't survive much longer in prison and gives him 48 hours to reconsider her earlier offer.
3. Ben has a request from Phil
Ben is torn when Phil calls from prison and asks him for a favour.
Ben reveals all to Kathy, who is left furious by Phil's request.
4. Sharon gets a touching gift
It's the day of Denny's 16th birthday and Jada is confused when a package arrives for him.
Sharon opens it and is touched by what she finds.
5. Stacey ends things with Kheerat
After talking to Eve, Stacey wonders if Kheerat is ashamed of her. She decides to test him by kissing him in public at the café.
Spotting Suki walk in, Kheerat backs away, leaving Stacey devastated and more convinced than ever that he's embarrassed of her.
Not willing to stand for this, Stacey ends their relationship.
6. Phil's situation intensifies
Craig sends Phil a sinister warning – he dies tomorrow.
Getting desperate, Phil turns to Ravi and offers payment in exchange for backup.
The clock is ticking for Phil as Craig warns him his time is coming to an end. Things get even worse when Keeble arrives to speak to Phil and crushes his hopes of any prison protection.
7. Kat makes a big decision
Kat is on on-edge after the abrupt end to Phil's call yesterday and is harassed by a mystery caller. Things get worse for Kat as another threat is sent via Tommy.
Worried, Sam offers Kat some advice. Kat later visits Phil in prison and drops a bombshell. What is it?
8. Sharon gets news on Phil
As reality starts to hit, Phil asks Sharon to visit and gives her five written letters for her and his family.
Sharon realises what's going on and begs him to take Keeble's deal. Phil refuses and ignores Sharon's pleas.
At the prison, Craig and his men arrive for Phil, but is this the end for him?
Later, Sharon anxiously waits for news on what's happened...
9. Mitch clashes with Avery
Things are tense in the aftermath of Avery's arrival as he manages to impress the Taylor family, but not Mitch himself.
Having not seen his brother for years, Mitch refuses to give Avery the time of day. He later snaps at Avery, accusing him of not being there when he needed him.
Avery apologises and asks a reluctant Mitch to help him with a job. Mitch is unsure about this, convinced that Avery has an ulterior motive, but Karen urges him to give it a chance.
Avery arrives with a van of white goods and assures Mitch it's all legit. Mitch agrees to corporate but later realises that Avery lied to him and it was a dodgy job after all. Furious, Mitch warns Avery to stay away from him and his family.
10. Suki reveals some news
Eve puts Kheerat in his place after his behaviour towards Stacey.
Suki soon arrives with Nina and reveals she's engaged to Ranveer.
11. Linda looks to the future
Linda is preparing for her meeting with the social worker and Mick offers his support, much to Janine's frustration.
Linda later shares the news that Annie is staying with her but is upset when Sonia makes a dig. Linda then plans to start working at The Vic again, but Sharon insists that she doesn't need to prove herself to anyone.
Mick gets on board with the idea but does warn Linda that he and Shirley are going to stay with Zsa Zsa for a bit, meaning she will be on her own with Janine.
As Mitch and Shirley head off, Linda enjoys bossing Janine around at the pub.
12. Avery collapses
Avery arrives to talk to Mitch following their earlier fallout, but suddenly collapses.
He's rushed to hospital, where the Taylors face an anxious wait for news.
Mitch calls his sons Finlay and Felix, who soon arrive in Walford with a revelation that will rock the family to the core…
13. Ben apologises to Peter
Kathy struggles to keep her family together as tensions boil between Peter and Ben.
Jay realises that Peter knows it was Ben who attacked him and encourages Ben to tell him the truth.
Taking Jay's advice, Ben offers an olive branch, but Peter is less than interested and refuses to forgive him.
