Janine later tells Mick she doesn't want his support at the custody hearing, leaving Frankie determined to fix things between them.
She suggests Mick take Janine on a date, but as Janine gets ready, she realises her clothes have shrunk in the wash.
Janine quickly comes up with a new plan, which backfires as well. Although they eventually laugh it off, Mick knows he needs to be honest with Janine and tells her the truth.
Fans will have to see how Janine reacts to this, but they are later heading off to court for Scarlett's hearing together.
With Kat distracted over a situation with Tommy, Eve offers to go to court instead.
At the hearing, Eve reads out a touching statement on Kat's behalf – but what will the outcome be? And what will this mean for Janine's future?
