Next week's episodes will see Isaac learn that his mum Sheree has had a heart attack, and needs him to go to Trinidad to help her recover.
When Isaac shares the news with Kim, she warns him that Sheree is likely lying, leaving him conflicted over what to do.
Kim later ropes Isaac, Lola and Patrick in to watch the preparation video for Pearl's school interview.
Afterwards, Howie comes clean and admits he switched the video, as he wanted to show them Pearl's real talents without all the bells and whistles.
Furious, Kim snaps at him and vents to her family, prompting Isaac to get involved.
Things then get even more awkward when Kim slips up, telling Lola and Patrick about Sheree – and Isaac's plans.
Isaac has to admit that he is going to Trinidad to look after Sheree tomorrow, leaving Lola furious that he failed to tell her what's going on.
When Lola eventually calms down, she explains her fears to Isaac that he may not come back.
Isaac reassures Lola and promises her that he will, but is this the last we'll see of him?
Speaking about his time at EastEnders, Stevie said: "What a dream come true! Grateful to have spent over two years on one of the biggest shows in the country, there's nothing like it. Thank you for everything you've given me.
"I've learnt so much during my time and I'm proud to have been a part of some important work and to have made friends and memories that I'll cherish for a long time. EastEnders has been an essential part of my growth both as a young man and an actor, and I'm now excited and feel ready to explore this next chapter of my career.”
EastEnders airs these scenes in the week commencing Monday, March 28 at 7.30pm on BBC One.
