EastEnders spoilers follow.
It seems that time is running out for killer Gray Atkins (Toby-Alexander Smith) in EastEnders next week (beginning Monday, March 7).
The show's production manager Rona McKendrick told Radio Times: "In the fourth episode [of the week], there's a chase sequence – to show off as much of the new area as we possibly can."
In the fourth episode McKendrick mentioned, which will air on Thursday, March 10, multiple residents will discover Gray murdered Tina and Chantelle, but who's involved in the chase and what kind of chase it will be remains tightly under wraps.

The "new area" she's referring to is the soap's new £87 million set, that's said to have been built to facilitate more action sequences throughout Walford, such as foot and car chases. Director Richard Lynn elaborated on the opportunities the new set provides, saying: "Chase scenes on the old lot would inevitably have gone in one direction only, because there were so many dead ends.
