Phil passes on deeds for the business to Sharon, asking her to look after things when he's in prison as Ben isn't in a fit state. Sharon decides to visit Ben and gives him a pep talk about losing the people you love.
Later, Tommy defends Scarlett from a group of bullies, confident that he can always rely on Phil for back-up. However, Kat and Phil later tell the kids that Phil will be going to prison for a long time. Tommy fears that he no longer has any protection.
Meanwhile, Jack and another police officer arrive to shut down Callum's party due to noise complaints. Callum refuses to shut down the party, so Jack arrests him.
Elsewhere, Harvey drowns his sorrows as he continues to face questions from everyone about Aaron.
Also today, Suki accuses Eve of turning Ash against her. Their argument attracts the attention of the police, so they get bundled into a van together.
