Grange Hill legend Lee MacDonald is joining EastEnders for a new plot involving Danny Dyer's Mick Carter.
It's been over 30 years since MacDonald last appeared on TV, having put acting aside to instead run a locksmith and key-cutting business. He played Zammo McGuire on the children's TV series, as pictured above.
However, EastEnders bosses have now convinced him to join the show.
It's been announced that MacDonald will feature in two episodes of the BBC One soap this summer, playing a bus driver called Terry who will compete with Mick Carter in a radio competition to win tickets to a gig.

EastEnders airs Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays on BBC One.
