EastEnders has revealed more details about Mel Owen's big revenge plan, which is set to have shocking consequences on her wedding day.
Viewers know that Mel (Tamzin Outhwaite) is currently plotting revenge on her partner Ray, having discovered that he is a serial bigamist with at least two other families.
With the day of her and Ray's nuptials fast approaching, Mel frantically tries to put the final pieces of her plan into place.
However, as Mel's emotions start to get the better of her, her scheme threatens to crumble when Hunter overhears her having a private rant about Ray.
After fobbing Hunter off with a cover story, Mel is determined that nothing else will get in the way as New Year's Day finally arrives.
But as the residents prepare for the grand wedding, little do they know that Mel only has one thing on her mind: revenge.
