Coronation Street's Carla Connor could be saved by her brother Aidan when he agrees to be her kidney donor next week.

After Carla collapses in The Rovers whilst enjoying a drink with Daniel, a horrified Roy is forced to reveal her sad secret – explaining that she's seriously ill.
Carla's prognosis devastates her dad Johnny – who realises that he's been kept in the dark over her deteriorating condition.
But as the Connors rally round to support Carla in hospital, she later receives the good news that Aidan is a match and is planning to donate his kidney.
