Coronation Street's Asha Alahan is forced to come clean over her missed opportunity to save her twin brother Aadi in Monday's episode (January 15).
Asha is put on the spot when Aadi figures out that she visited his flat and failed to help him when he needed her.
Last week, Aadi became unwell at home due to a carbon monoxide leak. Asha visited him and wrongly assumed that he was drunk, so she chose not to step in or raise the alarm.
Fortunately, Amy Barlow soon figured out that something was wrong and ensured that Aadi was rushed to hospital.

In Monday's episode, Aadi prepares to leave the hospital and initially considers returning home to the flat.
The teen's dad Dev steps in and rules this out, insisting that there's no way he'll allow Aadi to return to the flat. It's agreed that Aadi will move back in with Dev and Asha instead.
Asha glumly agrees that Aadi's return is good timing as the house is emptier following her split from Nina Lucas, who has just moved out. Aadi feels terrible for his role in causing the break-up.
Later, wrestling with her own guilt over recent events, Asha helps Aadi to pack up his flat.

Aadi is confused to find the bracelet that he bought Asha as part of their recent birthday celebrations. This doesn't add up, since he wasn't aware of Asha making any visit to his flat after he'd handed over the gift.
Asha is forced to admit that she called round when Aadi had passed out on the sofa, but misinterpreted the situation amid her anger over Nina and did nothing to help. How will Aadi react?
