Coronation Street lines up wedding day drama for Kevin and Abi

Coronation Street spoilers follow.

Coronation Street's Abi Franklin is set to tie the knot with Kevin Webster soon, stating that their union is a way of putting everything that has happened since her son Seb's murder behind her.

But scenes set to air next week will feature plenty of drama as the big day begins, drama so big that it threatens to derail the entire wedding.

Kevin's young son Jack previously found the letter Abi wrote proclaiming her intent to kill Corey Brent for what he's done, even though she's since abandoned that idea thanks to some persuasion from Roy Cropper. Jack doesn't know that yet though, and next week decides to show the letter to Debbie.

Debbie will later confront Abi and issues her with an ultimatum: walk away and leave Kevin behind, or she will tell Kevin all about the letter and the gun.

Kevin comes home to find Abi packing her bags, and she tells him everything. He follows her to Seb's memorial and tells her that he loves her and still intends to marry her, and that she had better turn up to their wedding.

We're not telling you what she is going to decide, but we will say that as Jack and Kevin wait nervously at the venue, Nina turns up and says that the police have re-opened the case and are planning to arrest Corey.
