Former Coronation Street star Shayne Ward has announced his music comeback.
The X Factor winner appeared on the ITV soap as Aidan Connor from 2015 to 2018, bowing out when his character tragically died in a groundbreaking mental health storyline.
On Friday (June 4) and to coincide with the 15th anniversary of the release of his debut album, Shayne will release comeback single 'Crazy in Love'.
Written and produced by Shayne and Grammy nominated artist StoneBridge, the single will be available worldwide on all digital streaming platforms. An official lyric video will also be released.

"'Crazy in Love' has a great positive energy to it and reminds us how it feels to fall in love," Shayne said. "And for those who've been hurt before to know that love is out there for all of us."

The singer and actor has been teasing the release of 'Crazy in Love' on his Instagram page for a while, releasing the single in conjunction with Pride month.
Its release comes in lieu of Shayne's wedding to former Hollyoaks actress Sophie Austin, as the couple's nuptials last year were postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

He said previously: "We spoke about it – and that's what's nice about it, everything can wait and there is no rush.
"We can definitely do this next year. We are together for life, that's the main thing. We're together regardless."
'Crazy in Love' by Shayne Ward is released worldwide on Friday, June 4 on all DSPs. Coronation Street airs on ITV.
