1. Nick walks into Harvey's trap

Horrified by the news that Sam has gone missing, Nick returns to the Street to join the search – despite Leanne's fear that it's a trap to lure him out of hiding.

Sharon spots Nick and informs Harvey, who puts his plan into motion. When Nick gets into a taxi, he discovers the driver is one of Harvey's sidekicks. He demands Nick make Leanne and Simon retract their evidence or else he'll never see Sam again.

2. Natasha learns the truth

Nick reveals the truth behind Sam's disappearance to David and Shona. He calls Leanne and tells her that he can't return to the hideout while Sam is still in danger.

Meanwhile, Shona fills Natasha in on the news that Harvey's thugs kidnapped Sam. Furious, Natasha confronts Nick and insists he call the police – or else she will.

Taking matters into her own hands, Natasha goes to the station herself. Shona follows her and pleads with Natasha to reconsider, suggesting that Sam could wind up in the crossfire if she involves the police.

3. Jenny has suspicions about Sharon

Sharon reveals to Gemma that she will soon be heading home. However, she later changes her plans and Jenny is suspicious.

Jenny and Johnny head to the Bistro but Jenny's nose is put out of joint when she spies Sharon with Ronnie. Johnny reveals that he knows Sharon from prison but has no knowledge of the mentoring scheme that Sharon claims to be part of.

Curious, Jenny enlists Gary's help to do some digging and uncovers the link between Sharon and Harvey.

Meanwhile, Sharon has clocked the tension between Jenny and Ronnie, and warns Jenny away from Ronnie.

4. Cathy is forced to address her problem

Yasmeen's patience is wearing thin at Number 6 as she admits to Alya that she's beginning to feel crowded in her own home. Things go from bad to worse when she realises that Cathy's messiness has attracted a mouse.

Elaine has a go at Cathy, blaming her for their mouse problem. Meanwhile, Yasmeen enlists Ryan's help to catch it but in doing so, they uncover piles of empty boxes.

Roy fills Elaine in on Cathy's hoarding history, and she and Brian search Cathy's room. Mortified, Cathy is forced to admit her hoarding is out of control.

5. Cathy and Elaine make new living arrangements

With the truth out in the open, Cathy determines to turn her life around and reveals that she's moving out of Number 6. Elaine decides it's time she made some changes too and fills Tim in on her plans to move away from the Street.

Tim is gutted to her the news and invites Elaine to move into number 4 instead, without consulting Sally.

The next day, Elaine prepares a big breakfast for Tim but is soon chastised by Sally, who points out Tim's heart condition. Will Tim get stuck in the middle?

6. Steve takes his family's advice

Emma is smitten when a handsome stranger offers to help her move the barrels at The Rovers, but Steve is quick to recognise the newcomer as Curtis, the man who knocked him off his bike at the charity fundraiser.

With tensions flaring, Amy tries to get through to Steve by pointing out his obsession with fundraising. She admits her fear that Steve is headed for a breakdown and Steve realises he's been taking things too far.

Steve decides to spend more time with his family and is moved when Emma suggests they could fundraise together.

7. Steve and Emma team up to help Curtis

Steve attempts to make it up to Curtis and apologises for his behaviour. During their chat, Curtis reveals he has an interview for a job at the Bistro and Steve offers to help him prepare.

Steve and Emma put Curtis through his paces with a mock interview, and sparks fly between Emma and Curtis. Emma and Steve are delighted when Curtis catches up with them later and informs them that he's got the job.

8. Asha steps up her plan to win Corey's trust

With Seb's funeral approaching, Nina is hurt to discover that Abi kept it from her. Asha comforts Nina, and plans the next step in her attempt to expose Corey's role in Seb's death.

Asha arranges to meet up with her ex and pretends that she misses him. Believing her, Corey suggests that they spend the afternoon together in the flat, placing Asha in an awkward situation.

Corey is unimpressed when Asha makes out that she wants to reunite with him but insists that they have to stay friends for now.

9. Daisy blackmails Ronnie

Aware of Jenny's relationship with Ronnie, Daisy spots an opportunity to take advantage of the situation and tries to blackmail Ronnie.

Later, Daisy tells Jenny that Ronnie has agreed to give her some tips to boost her Double Glammy sales, but Jenny smells a rat and confronts Ronnie. He admits that Daisy is threatening to out their secret unless he helps out her business.

Jenny blasts Daisy for her behaviour and kicks her out. Daisy turns on the tears and admits that she has been feeling unwanted after her dad remarried and had another baby. Will Jenny give her another chance?

10. Evelyn has some home truths for Tyrone

Having decided to buy the salon flat last week, Tyrone is feeling the pressure financially. His cash problems get worse when he has to pay for new shoes for the girls, as well as new cups Alina wants for the flat.

Evelyn learns of his predicament and reminds him that he has two houses to run – and Alina's cups are the kind of luxuries he can't afford.

Later, Evelyn learns that Dev has given Tyrone some hours doing deliveries for the shop and can't resist making another dig about his recent behaviour.

11. Daniel makes a big decision to save Peter

Having recently missed out on the opportunity to have his operation, Peter informs his family that he's back on the transplant list. Carla pretends to be optimistic but hides her concerns that Peter is quickly running out of time.

Worried about Peter, Daniel makes a huge proposal to Adam and suggests that they should offer themselves as liver donors to potentially save Peter's life. Will Adam agree?

12. Evelyn tricks Dev and Bernie

After she takes a tumble at work, Evelyn decides to use the situation to her own advantage and plays up her apparent injury.

With Evelyn threatening to sue, Dev and Bernie find themselves forced to do all of Evelyn's chores. Evelyn's plan backfires however, when Dev catches her taking her washing out without any signs of her injury.

Bernie is livid when she learns that Evelyn's been pulling a fast one and vows to get payback.
