Coronation Street actor Colson Smith is continuing his exercise regime during lockdown.
Back in March, the Craig Tinker star showed off his weight loss while attending the Television and Radio Industries Club Awards, and now he's treated Instagram fans to a photo of him post-run.

He captioned it: "Bank Holiday run done. Feet up & some family time while staying at home now! Have a good un folks."
Colson's followers piled into the comments section with messages of support and praise, as one individual noted: "You look amazing, all the hard work is paying off."
Two more fans also posted: "Looking great Colson!" and: "You've smashed it. Well done."

Previously discussing his lockdown fitness activities with Lorraine Kelly, the actor revealed: "It's all about keeping motivated, doing the right thing, trying to achieve something every day – that's kind of what I've said to myself. Making sure no day goes as a waste.
"In terms of the gym, I've kind of kept in touch with the gym I've been going to in Manchester because they're putting on lots of training programmes on their app. I've done the odd Joe Wicks PE, and then it's just making the most out of the situation.
"I've been in the garden, I was doing a circuit the other day and I started getting chased by a wasp! It's just making the most of the situation."
Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7.30pm on ITV.
