Blake is having a day out with his grandmother Omo, but on the bus she starts hearing voices and lashes out. She gets increasingly agitated, much to Blake's concern, so the police are called.
Later, Jacob is shocked to find his mother in the ED. Elle goes to deal with Omo, who refuses to believe there is anything wrong. She recognises Elle and distrusts her when she admits to being Jacob's friend.
