Casualty spoilers follow.
Casualty star Milo Clarke has spoken about his character's devastating health news.
Last month, viewers saw that Teddy Gowan had been experiencing dizzy spells which he has been attempting to play down.
But in scenes to air on Saturday (March 19), Teddy will black out and fall while attempting to rescue teenager AJ who is up a tree.
Speaking about Teddy's health scare, Milo told Inside Soap: "It's quite a sad situation, but Teddy has felt breathless and dizzy a few times now.
"This week, he and Jan go out on a call and there's someone stuck up a tree. So Teddy wants to get up there and save him before the fire cry arrives. However as he's climbing, Teddy has a dizzy spell, and falls!"

After his fall, the young paramedic will then be rushed into resus where a distraught Jan calls his mum Gaynor, who blames her for Teddy's condition.
The pair are then devastated to learn that the problem may be Teddy's heart and when he hears that Veronica wants to visit him, he panics, sending his heart rate into overdrive and causing him to go into VF.
Teddy eventually admits he's been covering up his symptoms for fear of losing his job, but Ethan then explains to him that if he has a heart condition, that may be the reality.
He is then devastated to learn he has an ASD (Atrial Septal Defect, a hole in the heart between the upper chambers) and will need surgery. The tragic news causes Gaynor to make him promise he won't go back to being a paramedic and seeing how worried she is, Teddy agrees.
When asked about his condition potentially ending his career, Milo said: "Underneath all the charm and cheek, Teddy is a good paramedic. He takes so much pride in his job, and he loves it; it's the closest job to being a real-life hero.
"But Teddy knows how serious the symptoms are – and his world comes crashing down when he gets a diagnosis from Ethan."
Milo also spoke about Teddy's mum Gaynor, who he describes as "overbearing" but with good intentions.
"I have a feeling the audience won't like her but everything she says comes from a place of love – Gaynor's scared for her son," Milo added.
"There's a bit of conflict as well between Gaynor and Jan because they both think they know best. Maxine (Evans, who plays Gaynor) is brilliant, and as soon as the camera was off, she and Di were cracking jokes. We had a great time."
Casualty airs on Saturdays on BBC One and streams on BBC iPlayer.
