With his and Gem's passports and travel brochures safely locked away under his bed, Rash is less than enthusiastic about staying in Holby for another year.
Just when he thinks he's in for another mundane day, Rash's world is turned upside down when his mum is brought into the ED with a suspected heart attack.
Meanwhile, it is the day of Archie and Will's interviews with Connie for the consultant post, but Will breezes into work late. His cocky attitude is shaken, however, when Toby is admitted with a chest infection and an infected nipple piercing – an item on his rebel list. Will tries to take on the case but Toby kicks up a fuss, not having forgiven him, and Archie takes over.
Elsewhere, Duffy thrives decorating a Dementia Cubicle kitted out with an armchair, old pictures and other comforting items. Realising how much he has let her down, Charlie schedules Duffy on different shifts to him to give her some space.
Also this week, Elle has been offered an interview for a clinical lead position at another hospital, while Jade is excited to finally be a registered nurse.
