Martina and Alex are shocked to see Lenny back in Shieldinch. They know his return means he is back with vengeance on his mind. Fearing the worst, Martina turns to Billy in prison for guidance. Martina wants Lenny permanently out of the picture, but Billy fears her judgement is clouded by emotion and asks to meet his nemesis face-to-face first.
The prison meeting between Billy and Lenny sets the wheels in motion for a showdown between the feuding families, with Martina at the heart of the troubles.
Meanwhile, Kelly-Marie grows anxious about the possible repercussions of her bringing Lenny back. To make matters worse, her relationship with Alex is further strained by paranoia and she refuses to trust his motives to protect her and their unborn baby.
Elsewhere, Stevie struggles to comfort Stella on the eve of her mastectomy operation. Feeling inadequate, Stevie turns to Scarlett, who quickly uncovers what is really on Stella's mind - she fears the mastectomy will make her less of a woman.
Also this week, Patrick discovers that Drew stole a car for Lenny and attempts to steer him away from a life of crime. However, when he tells Caitlin, she reacts defensively, seeing it as a slur on her parenting skills. Determined to put Patrick in his place, Caitlin implies that his interest in her son is unsavoury.
