Harry Potter’s Draco Malfoy actor Tom Felton is making his West End debut at London’s Criterion Theatre. The star is teaming up with former Doctor Who actress Mandip Gill as they play husband and wife in 2:22 A Ghost Story.
Chatting exclusively with Digital Spy, Felton revealed how it felt to work alongside the BBC sci-fi star.
"We love each other!" Felton exclaimed, when asked what it's been like performing with Gill on-stage.

"It's been nice hasn't it?" Gill remarked, with Felton adding: "It's been great. I mean, we have a bit of a non-stop laugh really."
Commenting on how their characters interact as a married couple, he said: "There is tension between the characters at the beginning for various reasons. He's not been a particularly good husband in the last four days.

"But there are moments, even if they are brief, where you get these two and they obviously have a real good time together and meet each other academically and intellectually."

The actor went on to express his hopes that Harry Potter and Doctor Who fans will take a trip to the theatre to see him teaming up with Gill.
"There is definitely a cross pollination of fans that love both Potter and The Doctor," he said. "I think that the fans are an incredibly tight group of people that support each other and go to all these different things.
"I am hoping that this is a good excuse to bring to bring them to the theatre, especially the ones who haven't been to the theatre before," he commented.

Beatriz Romilly and Sam Swainsbury also star in the thriller production, which is written by Danny Robins.
The play follows the story of Jenny (played by Gill) who believes her new home is haunted, while her husband Sam (Fenton) remains sceptical.
The couple argue with their dinner party guests, old friend Lauren (Romilly) and her new boyfriend Ben (Swainsbury) and decide to stay awake until 2:22am to uncover the truth.
Sharing his enthusiasm for the production, Swainsbury commented: "It’s such a good night out. It’s thrilling, it’s exciting, it’s funny, it’s moving."
2:22 A Ghost Story is at The Criterion Theatre, London, until September 4.
