Peter Andre has once again dismissed Katie Price's claims that their marriage suffered due to having television cameras following them for their fly-on-the-wall series.

The couple ended their three-year marriage in May 2009. Andre recently took issue with his ex-wife's comments about their involvement in a reality show.

Price said that their relationship "would have lasted" without the cameras, prompting Andre to respond: "Kate knows the real reason why our marriage didn't last and she knows it has nothing to do with the TV cameras being there, or anything to do with my management."

Speaking about his new ITV2 series Peter Andre: My Life on ITV's This Morning, the 'Perfect Night' singer said that he and Price had enjoyed being filmed.

"Absolute rubbish," he told hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby of her comments. "We had a great time - we loved filming, it was great fun. That's just rubbish."

Andre said of his newly-titled series: "The great thing is I've got a great relationship with ITV, they are so good to me. The other day one of the crew said to me, 'Do you realise how much you do everyday?'. My life is pretty crazy and I'm very lucky obviously that I get to do TV, music, endorsements and children's books and with all these different things, it's never boring."

Andre insisted that he is able to "have a private life" despite the series, explaining that he could go on dates outside London where he won't be seen by paparazzi.

"You shouldn't ask for it when you're in this industry, but there's ways of being private," he said. "I live on a private estate, we do lots of stuff like bike rides with the kids that no-one would even know or see and you can have your relationships."
