Peter Andre has insisted that he would never have considered using a super-injunction if he had cheated on Katie Price.

Speaking to the Daily Star, the singer said that those who try to hide their secrets with the courts' help are "stupid".

"They will be found out eventually. That's just the way of the world," he said. "When I was married, had I been that way inclined, I never would have considered a super-injunction."

He explained: "My thinking would have been, 'Whatever happens, will eventually come out'. That's life."

Meanwhile, Andre continued to dismiss suggestions of romance between himself and The Only Way Is Essex star Amy Childs.

"She's a gorgeous girl, but there's no romance," he told the paper. "The things Amy comes out with make me laugh though, she's bonkers.
