The brother of Michael Jackson's accuser testified yesterday that they were told to keep what went on at Neverland a secret.
Star Arvizo, who claimed on Monday that he saw Jackson groping his sleeping brother Gavin, told the court: "One time me and my brother and (another boy) were sitting on the bed and (Michael) told us not to tell anyone what happened, even if they put a gun to your head."
The singer apparently also told them to keep secrets from their sister. The witness continued: "He told us not to tell her anything, he was afraid she might tell our mom what we were doing (drinking)."
On cross-examination defence attorney Thomas Mesereau picked holes in the boy's testimony regarding witnessing the alleged groping. Mesereau pointed out that a bell rings whenever somebody approaches the star's bedroom door, though the witness insisted that this did not discredit his testimony since the bell would only be audible from the bed if a second door were open.
Mesereau also stated that a porn magazine which the prosecution claimed was shown to the boys by Jackson was in fact published after the family left the Neverland Ranch for the last time.
The boy denied breaking into Jackson's cellar, bedroom and porn stash.
