The 'Back to Black' star passed away on July 23, 2011 at the age of 27 from alcohol poisoning.
Posting a happy photo of herself and Winehouse on Instagram, Osbourne wrote: "I miss you my dear friend! Thank you for all the good times and the bad... you made me a better person!
"You may not be here in person but you live on forever in my heart! I love you Amy! Until we meet again."
Winehouse's father Mitch also published a touching tribute to his late daughter on Twitter, declaring that the Grammy winner "will live in all of our hearts".
"Thank you for all of your wonderful messages of love and support," he told fans. "Your love makes Amy's loss more bearable.
"Meanwhile, we continue Amy's great work of helping disadvantaged young people. Amy will live in all of our hearts forever."

Mark Ronson has claimed that he has no more unfinished Winehouse tracks left to release.
He commented: "There's so many people that would love to hear the table scraps of what she left because it was so good that it was better than most people's albums."
