Update, 12.44 pm ET: The New York Police Department has confirmed to Us Weekly that Cardi B has been charged with assault and reckless endangerment.

She was not arrested but is due in court on October 29. She left the precinct office smiling:

Original, 10.22 am ET: Cardi B has turned herself into the New York Police Department after a fight at a strip club in Queens, Us Weekly and NBC New York are reporting. She went to a Flushing precinct this morning before 10am.

An NYPD official told Us Weekly that the fight happened at Angels Strip Club around 3am on August 29, and two women "were attacked with chairs, bottles and other items".

The specific charges Cardi B will face weren't shared, though TMZ reports they will likely be two misdemeanour charges of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

Cardi will not be arrested but will get a summons to appear in court, according to the outlet.
