Jessica Simpson is pregnant!

The 38-year-old singer and fashion mogul shared the happy news with her Instagram followers on Tuesday (September 18) by posting photos of her children, 6-year-old Maxwell Drew and 5-year-old Ace Knute, playing with pink balloons that reveal her new baby's gender.

"This little baby girl will make us a family of five," Simpson wrote. "We couldn't be happier to announce this precious blessing of life."

Simpson's daughter will be her third child with husband Eric Johnson. The couple got married in a California wedding in 2014, and their two older children were actually part of the ceremony. Maxwell was a flower girl and Ace was ring bearer.

Fellow celebrity mums like Jessie James Decker and Jessica Alba took to Simpson's Instagram comments section to leave their well wishes for her new pregnancy.

"Congrats!!!!!!! Welcome to the 3 baby club," Decker wrote. "Congrats!" Alba added.

In May 2017, Simpson appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and shared why having two kids was more than enough.

"We got an IUD, nothing is going to get into that uterus," she said on the daytime talk-show. "I have two beautiful children and I'm not having a third. They're too cute! You can't top that."

However, in April this year, Simpson hinted in an interview with Entertainment Tonight why she may have been feeling the baby fever once again.

"My daughter is about to turn 6, May 1 is her birthday, and my son is going to turn 5 on June 30 and it's just like, 'Wait, so this is no longer toddler, this is full-on kid'," she said. "My daughter [already] thinks she's a teenager. My son at least wants to be a baby still."

Looks like Baby No. 3 will be filling that spot very soon. Congrats!
