Dame Barbara Windsor's first role since the news of her Alzheimer's diagnosis was made public has been revealed.
The EastEnders legend is set to make her return to the BBC for a Radio 2 documentary exploring the story behind some of the world's most famous comedy duos.
According to The Daily Express, Dame Barbara's instalment was filmed in April, a month before her husband Scott Mitchell confirmed Windsor's illness and retirement to the public.
The iconic actress will revisit the history of US double act Bud Abbott and Lou Costello, a favourite of hers since her "teens".
