Michael Bublé has revealed that he almost quit music for good after his son's battle with cancer.

During an interview with The Herald Sun, the Canadian swing singer revealed the struggles that he and his family had to go through.

"I've been through hell," he said.

He continued: "I truly thought I'd never come back to music. Family is what matters. The health of my children is No.1."

His son, Noah, was diagnosed with stomach cancer in October 2016 at just three years old and has been fighting the disease ever since.

Michael and his wife Luisana Lopilato put their respective careers on hold to help care for their child and focus on bringing him back to full health.

Thankfully, Noah has since recovered, but after everything that happened, Michael wasn't sure he'd ever return to the music industry.

Michael and Luisana are now expecting a third child after Noah and their second son, Elias, who was born in January 2016.

Michael has previously spoken about the horrible ordeal of Noah's battle with cancer back in March.

"Emotionally, it's a roller coaster. I think life sort of teaches you these hard lessons sometimes," he told Entertainment Tonight.

"Part of that lesson is that it allowed me to really have perspective, and to really enjoy more than I ever have in my life."

"I enjoy the small things," he finished.

Hopefully, things will go back to normal for Michael and his family, and they'll be looking forward to welcoming another new little Bublé – a daughter this time – to the world.
