When Kim Kardashian West met Alice Marie Johnson for the first time after helping facilitate her release from prison, there was only one thing left to do — teach her to Snapchat.

In this video posted to Kim's page, she showed Alice the ropes on all the best lenses.

The two met for the first time after Kim went to the White House to speak with President Trump about Alice's sentence.

In a joint interview with Today's Hoda Kotb, Alice said that when Kim first tweeted about her story, she didn't even know who the reality star was because she'd been in prison for so long.

"I did not know her name. I didn't know Kim," she said. "As soon as I found out who she was, I started getting every magazine I could find. I started reading everything that I could about her. And everyone was amazed. And I was amazed, too."

Kim brought the case to her attorneys, and soon enough she was on the phone with Ivanka Trump. Then she visited the White House where she and President Trump talked about Alice.

Hoda asked Kim about her passion on this issue, saying she "lights up" when she talks about it, and whether it inspired her to think about pursuing a career in politics in the future.

"No. I'm still doing me, but I enjoy this," Kim said. "This has, like, fulfilled my heart and so since I feel so fulfilled, why would I stop that?"

She said she's already brought other cases to her lawyers and the White House.
