After a week of... whatever he was doing, Kanye West has finally released the song he's promised. And people are going to be pissed.

On Friday (April 27) evening, Kanye transformed his website into a player for 'Lift Yourself', which is one-third of a song that's mostly a looped sample of 'Liberty' by Amnesty, followed by what we can only assume is a joke verse from West.

After about 90 seconds of the remixed 'Liberty', Kanye comes in on the track, saying: "But they don't really realise, though, this next verse, this next verse though, these bars, watch this... some shit, go."

And then, well:

"Hoopity scoop, scoopdity woop, woopty scoopty poop, poopty scoopty, scoopdity woop, woopty scoop, woop poop.

"Poopty scoopty, scoopty woop, woopty scoop, woop poop, poopdity woop scoop, poop, poop. Scoopdity woop, woopty scoop, woopty scoop, poop."

Alright, so that transcription might not be 100 percent accurate, but it doesn't matter anyway. It turns out that this is just Kanye West messing with us. It's the new Rickroll.

Shortly after dropping 'Lift Yourself', the rapper also dropped another track on radio station Power 106, and this one is real this time, People reports.

The track 'Ye vs. the People' also features rapper TI (aka Tip), and during the track the two explain their different points of view and ideas.
