We know Anton Du Beke is all about looking good on the dancefloor, so it makes sense that he's taken a cue from the Arctic Monkeys for his debut album From the Top.
The Strictly Come Dancing professional covers the band's 2005 track 'I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor', giving the song a swing makeover.
Take a listen here:
Anton said (via NME): "I love the Arctic Monkeys and this is a very different version of one of their tracks. I hope they don't mind what we've done with it. They might not have had it down as a swing track but it definitely works!"
Otherwise, it's a pretty straight swing / big band tracklist that Anton is presenting for us this Christmas, with a little festive sprinkle. Here it is in full:
- 'Putting On The Ritz'
- 'Me And My Shadow' ft. Lance Ellington
- 'Something Stupid' ft. Hayley Sanderson
- 'More'
- 'City Of Stars' ft. Connie Fisher
- 'Moondance' ft. The Overtones
- 'Fly Me To The Moon'
- 'Beyond The Sea'
- 'Moon River'
- 'Don't Rain On My Parade'
- 'It Had To Be You'
- 'That's Amore' ft. Lance Ellington
- 'Blue Moon'
- 'Nothing But Love'
- 'Pure Imagination'
- 'I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor'
- 'It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year'
