Of all the outlandish conspiracy theories out there, celebrity ones tend to be the craziest. No, Elvis is not alive and acting as the Graceland groundsman, and Lorde isn't decades older than we think.
Here's a new one for you though (just as ridiculous): Taylor Swift got carried out of her flat in New York IN A SUITCASE by two security guards.
No, we didn't think we would be writing that sentence today as much as you likely thought you would be reading it.
The whole thing seems to have come about after photo agency Splash News published the picture, with a caption that unequivocally suggested Swift was indeed being stowed in the case:
"Taylor Swift has been reportedly transported in a huge suitcase from her Tribeca apartment into her truck. A fleet of cars including two large Cadillacs and three SUVs arrive at Taylor Swift's apartment in Tribeca to move a large suitcase from apartment to truck. Almost a dozen of Taylor Swift security guards were present to move this package carefully as Taylor Swift remains to be unseen for a long time."
Splash News has since retracted the caption, with one of its reps telling Spin Magazine (via BuzzFeed): "I literally just put the phone down from someone on Taylor's camp. We're having to actually retract that."
