Hollyoaks star James Sutton has seemingly found love again after splitting from his fiancée last year.

What to Read Next

He's been posting a series of photos with Rachael Collin on Instagram over the past few weeks, most recently wishing her a happy birthday and writing "love you" in an adorable beach photo.

The two also went on a trip to Tasmania, Australia last year, with James sharing a photo of them at the top of a mountain, and also one of their Christmas celebrations.

Digital Spy has reached out to the actor's representatives for confirmation.

James split from his fiancée, model Kit Williams, last year after the pair had got engaged in 2015 while on holiday in Barbados.

It was announced earlier this month that he will be leaving his role as John Paul McQueen in Hollyoaks as part of an explosive storyline.

James has played the popular character on and off since 2006 and is said to be leaving the soap during dramatic scenes airing later this year, which will see John Paul drive off the edge of a cliff.

A character from the Channel 4 soap is definitely being killed off as we revealed that the Nightingale family were all spotted filming a funeral - with a few notable omissions.

Dallas star Linda Gray has returned to film the sad storyline, but John Paul's on-off boyfriend James Nightingale was nowhere to be seen, sparking speculation that the funeral was for him.

Hollyoaks airs weeknights at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first look screenings at 7pm on E4.
