Looks like Justin Bieber wasn't the only celebrity partaking in race festivities today (May 29).
Lady Gaga subbed in for Keith Urban at the Indy 500 as she rode with racing legend Mario Andretti in a two-seat car during a parade lap, reports USA Today.
Urban apparently had to pull out from the event because he hurt his back.
Prior to getting in the car with the pop star, Andretti joked that the singer-actress might become a distraction for him.
"She's going to distract me quite a bit, actually," said Adretti, who met Gaga for the first time today. "I hope I can just look ahead while I'm driving."
But as the 1969 Indy 500 champion is no stranger to giving big stars a ride at the event - his first celebrity passenger was Mark Wahlberg back in 2010 - pre-race event was a success, as expected.
