Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe's childhood home is reportedly up for sale - and it's a world away from the boy wizard's modest upbringing at 4 Privet Drive in JK Rowling's acclaimed novels.

Located in Fulham, south-west London, the four-bedroom family home's asking price is £1.45 million ($2.12 million).

The house is listed on Chestertons (via The Sunday Times), and the estate agents say the renovated property has been "designed with great flair and style".

In addition to the four bedrooms, the house has two bathrooms, a double reception room with an exposed brickwork feature wall, loft storage and a kitchen with a dining room that opens out onto a private garden.

It was also put on the market three years ago - then, the asking price was in the region of £1.25 million.

"In every movie up to the sixth one, you can see a big step forward in my acting," he admitted. "And then it stopped, or went backward maybe, in the sixth film."

Radcliffe is currently starring in Now You See Me 2, opening in the US on June 10 and UK in July 4.
