You've got to hand it to Demi Lovato. The 'Stone Cold' singer has always been open about her personal issues, and that's why the LGBT community has long taken a shine to her. She's an honest gal.
The annual GLAAD awards in LA were a whirlwind, from Lilly Wachowski making her first public appearance to Ruby Rose being presented with an award by Taylor Swift. But it was Demi's acceptance speech that really got people talking.
Awarded the Vanguard award for her contribution to the LGBT community, Lovato couldn't help but acknowledge long-term friend Nick Jonas, who presented her with her gong.
"What people don't know about me is," Lovato declared. "I know that you all love Nick Jonas, but I actually have a bigger dick than he does."
Naturally, the audience roared with laughter. Jonas even managed to giggle himself - after all, the two have long been friends after co-starring in Camp Rock together.
Lovato then moved on to a more serious note.
